Friends and Family Sponsorship
We have a rich tradition in athletics here at Sandy Creek with more than 10 State Championships in sports such as football, basketball, track, and volleyball.
Our scoreboard was built in 1991 and we are in need of a new board to match our dynamic and talented athletic teams. The vision at Sandy Creek High School is to provide students a competitive advantage in whatever endeavor they choose after high school. With your assistance we can help the students prepare for those endeavors while branding your business and supporting our community. Please view the information attached about the sponsorship and digital scoreboard.
We would like to recognize our FIRST Family Sponsor, The Harvey Family! The Harvey Family has donated $1,000 to our scoreboard fundraiser and we are hoping you can match or double their contribution soon! Who will be next to accept the challenge????

The Mechanical Contractors Association of Georgia, MCAG, invited several schools to tour their facilities to learn more about their apprenticeship program in the skilled trades such as plumbing, pipefitting, welding, construction and HVAC.
Thirty three students from Sandy Creek High School participated in the Apprenticeship Open House.
Groups of students from the different schools were rotated through several stations where owners of a trades company, current apprentices, graduates from the apprenticeship program, and leaders in the MCAG shared information about the different skilled trades, the training required, the pay scale, benefits packages, and future opportunities. Chick-fil-A lunches were distributed to all the students and their chaperones after the tour and then we loaded the bus to come back to Sandy Creek.
The students were very interested in the facilities, the demonstrations, and the information.
Our 9th grade gifted students had a blast at the Shakespeare's Tavern today as they traveled to watch Romeo and Juliet!!

PTSO
Did you know that your gently worn sneakers could help The Sandy Creek High School PTSO support even more students, faculty and staff?
Well, they can and here’s how…Our team is participating in a fundraiser where there is nothing to buy or sell; All we need is your support and your gently worn, used, or new sneakers!
Here’s how you can help:
As the seasons change and you clean out/organize your closets, gather as many pairs of sneakers that you no longer want; maybe you’ve out-grown them, they’re out of style, or out of season. If you and your household have 20 pairs, great! If not, don’t worry. You can ask your neighbors, friends, co-workers, and anyone in your social networks to help out. Every pair counts! The Sandy Creek High School PTSO will be collecting sneakers from December through February. Collections bins will be located in the front office.
The sneakers that we all collect will help raise money to support our program AND will help our environment by keeping sneakers out of landfills.
Can we count on you?

The Campus Parent portal is your source for student and family records, including household and individual contact information, attendance, school-based fees, academic planning (high school), forms, and report cards. The Parent portal also provides access to the GaDOE SLDS Portal. Please set up the parent Infinite Campus account first. The same username will be shared with Schoology to set up your parent account in Schoology. Because each login reflects the person associated with the username, it is recommended that a separate account is created for each parent.
- Usernames can be comprised of letters, numbers, the underscore, and dash.
- Please refrain from creating a username that is all numbers, as that will interfere with student data here in our district.
- After completing the setup of your parent portal account, please allow 24 hours for your new account information to be sent to Schoology before attempting to log into your Schoology parent account.
