The following propositions are due to be debated during February, 2015:
Commercial
This proposition the States to agree to ratify the Agreement between the Government of Jersey and the Government of Romania for the exchange of information relating to tax
matters.
These Regulations would further amend the Taxation (Exchange of Information with
Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008 so as to give effect to a bilateral tax
information exchange agreement between Jersey and Romania.
Constitutional
Draft Public Elections (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Regulations 201-
These Regulations replace the form for the statement to be made every year setting out, in respect of a unit of dwelling accommodation, the names of the persons (if any) whose names are to be included on the register for an electoral district.
Draft Amendment (No. 27) of the Standing Orders of the States of Jersey.
This amendment enables the creation of a Planning Applications Committee as required by the Planning and Building (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Law 2014.
Criminal
Draft Criminal Justice (Insane Persons) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 201-.
The purpose of this short law is to remove the existing requirement for the Superior Number of the Royal Court to try questions concerning the fitness of an accused person.
Employment
Draft Employment (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 201-.
This Act brings Articles 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of the Employment (Amendment
No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2014 into force on 1st April 2015 and will bring the remaining
provisions of that Law into force on 1st September 2015.

Draft Planning and Building (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Regulations 201-
These regulations further amend the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002 as a consequence of changes made to the system of appeals.
A proposition to decide whether to introduce a fee for appealing a planning decision.
Draft Planning and Building (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 201-.
This Act proposes to bring the Planning and Building (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Law 2014 into force on the 10th March 2015. The law will introduce an appeals process for planning applications.
