Inspirational Quote
"America's future will be determined by the home and the school. The child becomes largely what he is taught; hence we must watch what we teach, and how we live."
~Jane Addams (1860-1935) was a pioneer American settlement activist/reformer, social worker, public philosopher, sociologist, author, and leader in women's suffrage and world peace.

- This year’s collection campaign runs from October 17 (Monday) to November 18 (Friday), with the distribution to shelters and other homeless organizations taking place on Saturday, November 19.
- Blanket Louisville started 13 years ago as a small family school project and has now grown into a nationally recognized non-profit program that has helped over 90,000 homeless and less fortunate in the Louisville area. Calendars
From the PTO
Trunk or Treat - 10/30
Please join the St. Paul PTO in hosting our third annual Trunk or Treat for the children and families of St. Paul School.
- When: Sunday, October 30th, 2:00-5:00
- Where: St. Paul Parking lot
How can you join in the fun?
Host a Trunk! We need at least 20 decorated cars to pass out candy. If you don’t want to decorate your car, you can come fill a spot with your lawn chairs. All you need is a startup supply of candy. The rest will be donated. There will be a $50 gift card for the best-decorated trunk and a $25 gift card for the most kid friendly.
You won’t want to miss the parade of costumes or the best costume contest! There will also be a chili cook-off with prizes awarded for the best chili. The judges will be members of the PRP Fire Department. If you are interested in participating and for more information, please email Stephanie Gayheart at dawsonsmommy@twc.com or call 502-379-0323.
The deadline to register your car and chili is Monday, October 23rd.
This event is hosted by the school’s PTO for St. Paul School children and is not open to the public.
- The PTO is in desperate need of families to decorate a trunk, bring in Chili and a dessert to the event. Remember - the chili and their trunks will be entered into a contest and there will be a first, second and third place winner. If interested in helping out, you can reach me, Stephanie Gayheart, by calling me, texting me or emailing me.
