What is Lack of Sleep?

Lack of sleep is when you go to sleep to late and your body does no get enough sleep like it should, usually the body needs up to 10h of sleep. If your body is not getting 10 or more hours of sleep you may have Lack of Sleep.

How to Prevent Sleep of Lack?

Go to sleep early and if you have an electronic device such as a phone,iPad,laptop,etc. put it away from you so it does not disturb you at all and make sure you get up to 10 or more hours of sleep every night, and avoid sleeping in the afternoons because that makes you less sleepy by the time you go to bed at night.
