What is Stress?
Stress is the way your body reacts to an overload. Think about it this way, I a computer gets overheated it needs to stop and cool down. Your body is the same way pretty much, when you get stressed you just need to stop what you're doing and cool down. Just like how a computer does.
What Stress can do to You
Stress can do many things to you, unfortunetly it can even kill you. If you dont calm down or take a break from what's causing the stress it could lead to a condition called distress.Distress ca cause a lot of things to happen as well to your body. Like headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood preassure, chest pain and problems sleeping.
