Here are the dates for our upcoming PES Open Houses. Be on the look out for information being sent home from teachers on specifics.

Kindergarten: 3/22

1st Grade: 3/10

2nd Grade: 3/8

3rd Grade: 3/31

4th Grade: 3/15

March 18th will be our annual 4th grade basketball tournament at PES. Parents are welcome to attend. A more specific schedule of game times will be sent home closer to the date.

Let's celebrate reading with a spirit week and bedtime stories!! Bedtime stories will begin at 7:30pm each night on the Palmyra Elementary School Facebook page. We look forward to spending some time with each of your families!

SPIRIT WEEK

Monday 2/28: Reading Brings Color into the World- Dress in your grade's color for the day!

PreK: Red, Kindergarten: Orange, 1st: Yellow, 2nd: Green, 3rd: Blue, 4th: Purple

Tuesday 3/1: Share Books with a Friend- Bring a stuffed animal (that fits in your bag)

Wednesday 3/2: Teachers Inspire Us to Love Books- Dress up like your teacher

Thursday 3/3: Book Character Day- Dress up like your favorite book character

Friday 3/4: Words Inspire- Dress up with your favorite t-shirt that shares a kind message.

PES Field Day will be on Friday, May 13th at Palmyra High School Football Complex. Students will be expected to bring a sack lunch for that day. The Booster Club is planning on opening the concession stand for adults and high school workers only. There will be more information coming out soon.
