What is the healthy Cowboy Challenge?
For healthy Cowqboy Challenge we collect 17 teachers and change their diet and workout habits for 12 weeks in hopes that we will make life style changes for all of our contestants.
What the fitness team will do.
The fitness team will incorperate fun and effective exerises specially catered to our contestant for maximum weight loss and healthier life style.
Yoga
To help relax and increase flexibilty
Weight Lifting
To increase metabolism and muscle tone.
Running
To increase endurance.
Goals:
Lose weight.
healthy diet.
Increase self confidence.
Lower blood pressure.
Increase overall health.
Types of exercises;
A good workout should consist oif both weight baring exercises and cardio. Weight exercises will strengthen and tone muscles while cardio will speed metabolism and increase heart strength.
