    • All Administrative Offices and Main Office emptied and relocated

  • Week Of May 8 - May 12:

    • Conference rooms and Curriculum rooms emptied

  • Week Of May 15 - May 19:

    • Library packed

    • Contractors on-site

  • Week Of May 22 - May 26:

    • CST and Providers (Speech/OT/PT) offices emptied and relocated

  • Week Of May 30 - June 2:

    • Art/World Language and Teacher’s Room relocated

    • PTA BOGO Book Fair - (hallway outside cafeteria)


Anticipated Completion Dates:

    • Main Office/Administrative Offices 9/01/17

    • Parking Lot and Playground 9/01/17

    • Teacher’s Room and New Classroom 9/01/17

    • Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning 9/01/17

    • Handicapped Lift (Media Center-Cafeteria-Gym) 9/01/17

    • STEAM Lab, Tech Lab, Media Center 10/15/17

    • Main Entrance 12/15/17

What to Anticipate While School is in Session

  • Contractors on site: Raptor screened wearing identification badges
  • Impacted parking due to work vehicles on site
  • Main Office and Administrative Offices consolidated

  • Art/World Language will be in classrooms

  • Library packed up and closed

  • Computer Lab packed up and closed

  • Dumpsters & Porta Pot on playground

  • Possibility of part of the playground being fenced off

  • Construction to start in Library/Teacher’s Rooms, Offices, etc.

  • Contractors on site (badged through Raptor)

  • Potential parking impact

  • Lack of air conditioning
