Red Ribbon Week
October 22-October 26
We had excellent participation for Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon week is the nation's largest drug awareness and prevention campaign.
This week students participated in Red Ribbon Week by wearing the wristband and dressing up throughout the week.
On Monday, students wore mismatched clothes to symbolize that "Drugs and I don't match". On Tuesday, students wore sunglasses to symbolize that "We are way too cool for drugs". On Wednesday, students wore Hawaiian clothes to symbolize that "Lei off of drugs". On Thursday, students wore team jerseys to symbolize that "We team up against drugs". On Friday, students wore Dad's tie to symbolize that "I can be anything I want to be-Drug Free!".
I hope you enjoy some pictures of the students dresses up for Red Ribbon Week.
