Having a balanced diet and a good workout plan can lead you to succes
Vegetables
Give you the proper vitamins and nutrients
Protein
Protein can be served in many ways but is used for building muscles and growth.
Carbs
Are used for quick energy and like others if used too much can cause weight gain or other things
Junk food
It is ok to have it once or twice a week but more than that is unhealthy and can lead to diseases and heart problems
Excercise
Getting good amounts of exercise keeps your body healthy and active making you stronger and in better shape.
