What is the Spring Fair?
Organized and hosted by the PTO, this long standing tradition is also our largest fundraiser of the school year.
- The Spring Fair is a family friendly event with carnival style games and food offerings!
- Children of all ages are welcome to attend with parents and caregivers.
- The purchase of a wristband gives your child an all-access pass to play all games and activities at the Spring Fair all night long.
- Wristbands are required for all children planning to play games. Please purchase your children's wristbands by printing off and filling out the form on the attachment below and return to your child's teacher by 3/29.
- Cash and checks made payable to RMCS PTO will be accepted. Please reach out to your teacher or school counselor if you need assistance in purchasing a wristband.
- Wristbands will also be sold at the door the night of the event.
- Please note, this is not a drop off event and all children need to be supervised by their caregivers that evening.
Volunteer!
The Spring Fair doesn't happen without the amazing help from our parent volunteers. Please click the button below to help out at Spring Fair.
Basket Raffle!
Raffle tickets will be sold for our grade level themed baskets. You should have received communication from a parent in your child's class/grade regarding donations for grade level baskets. If you would still like to donate money, gift cards, or items to your grade level basket please send those items to your child's teacher before 3/29.
These baskets will be raffled off the evening of the Spring Fair. We have some really great items you may be interested in winning, such as Echo passes, Petra Cliff Gift Card, REI gift card, Rocky Ridge gift certificate, and many more hot ticket items. As a reminder PTO fundraising goes directly to support the teachers and children at RMCS. Please consider donating to your grade level basket if you are able. If you have questions, please feel free to email Carrie Rice - cricevt@gmail.com Click on button below for Raffle Basket Themes by grade level!
Outstanding Outings Are Back!
Another amazing part of Spring Fair is the announcement of the winners of the Outstanding Outings Raffle for students. This event is so special for students at RMCS. Outstanding Outings are events or activities designed for students and sponsored by teachers. Students can enter a raffle for outings they would like to win.
On Friday you should have received the Outstanding Outings packet in your student's take home folder. In the packet, please refer only to the choices on the green sheet of paper or scroll below for the most updated offerings.
The blank orange piece of paper stapled to the front of the packet in your child's backpack is a free ticket of the student's choice. Please have students write their name, grade level, and outing number on the orange paper and include that free ticket in the return envelope.
The last page of the packet are the tickets for purchase. Each ticket is $0.50 and students can purchase as many tickets as they would like. Please return tickets and payment in a sealed envelope to give to the teacher by 3/31. There will be no Outstanding Outings raffle tickets sold at the night of the fair.
You do not have to be present at the Spring Fair in order to win an Outstanding Outing. If you have any questions, please email Erin Sutherland at sutherland.erinc@gmail.com
