Process Clarification

To principals/supervisors:

Upon notification of an employee leaving the district, it is important that Human Resources is notified in a timely manner. Please email the resignation letter to the Personnel Director and copy the appropriate Personnel staff. Since the Personnel Director positions are vacant at this time, send the notifications to the personnel staff as designated below:
    The following organizations will email Separation of Employment notifications to Leticia.Arrendondo@gccisd.net and Renee.Napier@gccisd.net .

    • Secondary Campuses
    • Maintenance Department
    • Security Department
    The following organizations will email Separation of Employment notifications to Kimberly.Wooten@gccisd.net and Renee.Napier@gccisd.net


    • Elementary Campuses
    • Food Service
    • Transportation
    Please submit all Part-time separation notifications to Ashlee.Burns@gccisd.net.
