The Differences about Whole Grains and Refined Grains
Whole grain and refined grains have differences like whole grain has a grain kernel also know as the bran. the foods that have whole grain , whole wheat flower , whole corn meal and brown rice .
When refined grain is milled the germs and bran removes and give it a good texture .
Refined grain can produce white bread, white rice , and white flour
