Read-A-Thon

McClure readers are rounding the corner to the finish line. As a school, our students have collectively read 32,089 minutes since the start of the Read-A-Thon on Oct. 12th. We've also raised $4, 207! The Read-A-Thon officially ends this Wed. Oct. 26th and we are hoping we can raise the remaining funds to meet our school goal of $5,000.

If you would like to help us reach this goal, please click the link below. Thank you!

Parent Teacher Conferences

If you still need to schedule your conference(s), please check your email inbox as it will contain an email detailing how to schedule your student's conference. You may also call our office at 785.438.4340. You should receive a confirmation email once you schedule your student's conference.

Attending conferences is one of the best ways parents, guardians, and teachers can partner to support our students' learning. These fall conferences will provide insight into your student’s strengths, areas in which they may need to improve, and ways you can support them with their learning at home.

In order to help conferences run smoothly, we ask that you arrive on time and stay only for the scheduled time of the appointment as our teachers have several back-to-back conferences. If you are running late, your child's teacher may ask you to wait until their next available conference slot or ask that you reschedule your conference in order to ensure they have enough time to meet with you.

We also recommend you view your student's 1st quarter report card prior to the conference and write down any questions you may have. Report cards will not be printed; instead, you may view them by following the directions listed below.

We look forward to seeing our McClure families in a few days!
