May 13th, 2022
Dear SHMS Families:
Today marks the midpoint of the 4th marking period. It feels like we are moving at warp speed. I would like to congratulate our sixth-grade musicians who performed in Tuesday’s concert. They did an amazing job. Many of our musicians also participated in the High Note Festival today. We had two judges on campus this morning evaluating several of our ensembles. All performance groups sounded wonderful and earned a well-deserved rating of Superior. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication put into our music program by parents, staff, and students. Go Panthers!
Please don’t forget that we have a teacher’s in-service day next Tuesday, May 17th.
Enjoy your weekend.
Dr. Chris Matsanka
