Soda vendor (football game)
Joe a soda vendor sold 30 sodas or 1 crate, and a certain amount of waters or 1/2 a crate. All beverages come in crates of 30. Sodas cost 1.20 and waters cost $1.00. Joe also sold $6.00 mor than Anna in sodas. Anna sold the same amount of waters as him
30 x 1.20 + (X) x 1.00 > (X) x 1.00 + 30 - 5 x 1.20. X = 15
Snack Stand
Robert sold 10 hotdogs which are $1.50 each and X waters which are $1.00 each. Billy sold 20 hotdogs and 0 waters they both had the same amount of money at the end. How many waters did Robert sell?
10 x 1.50 + (X) x 1.00 = 20 x 1.50. X = 15
Tickets
Joey sold 40 regular tickets for $10.00 each. Jane sold 20 high class tickets for 15.00. How much regular tickets does Jane have to sell to be greater than or equal to Joey's money?
40 x 10.00 < 20 x 15.00 + (X) x 10.00 X = 10
Parking
Jimmy got 24 cars and each paid him $2.00. Brooke got X amount of cars and they both got the same amount of money except Brooke sold high class and got $8.00 each. How many cars did Brooke get money from?
24 x 2.00 = (X) x 8.00 X = 3
