From the DISD Technology Department
February 25, 2020
From Dr. Melissa Williams-Scott, CTO
Think of this Leap Year as a time of challenge. What would you have not attempted in your classroom 4 years ago, that you might try this year? Stretch your skills by booking time with our Technology Instructional Specialists or allowing your students to help design a lesson involving technology (they are really impressive and fearless with their tech skills). We will continue to provide cybersecurity training at various times throughout the year. Be cautious, we want to put the hackers out of business. Spring Break is around the corner and it is yet another time to refresh our mental browsers and recharge our batteries. We hope you take some time to rest and remember how valuable you are to the students of Dickinson ISD.
