School Pictures- Next Week Jan 26 & 27
We will have multiple photographers on-site from 1:00-7:00PM, for a drop-in first come, first serve photo opportunity. There are strict processes we must follow to support a safe environment for all participating.
- Prior to January 26 or 27, log into http://my.lifetouch.com/mylifetouch/pictureDayId/EVTPCDQHW
- Select the perfect package online. You don't need to bring anything with you to OEMS, other than a smile!
- Only the student being photographed should come into the building. Use the 4th Street entrance. Photographers will be set up in the gym.
- All family members should stay outside.
- Everyone entering the building must wear a mask until it is time for the actual picture and then replaced it once the photo has been taken.
- There will be spatial markings to reinforce distancing as students wait to be photographed. A visual of what to anticipate is included below.
It's been a challenge to schedule school pictures, but we are hopeful that many will take advantage of the opportunity. We will not have a traditional yearbook this year. However, we are working with LifeTouch to possibly create a directory that includes all student photos by grade level. I'll keep you posted, if that becomes a reality.
We know that your child's school pictures are treasured by family and friends. Thank you for your patience as we worked with LifeTouch to set dates and protocols that support a smooth and safe experience.
