Traffic Reminder-

if there is something taking place in the parking lot during the afternoon, which prevents cars from parking for dismissal, please form two lines after turning onto 16th street as you begin to enter the lot. This will help alleviate traffic congestion that takes place on Albany.

BOYS BASKETBALL: 2nd & 3rd Grade

It’s that time of year again, sign-ups are now open for 2nd and 3rdgrade boys’ basketball. The games will start on January 7th and the season will run through the end of February. The last day to register is Wednesday, November 30th. We are always looking for coaches!

Holy Name Painting with Parents

If you would like to register for the PTO´s Painting with Parents event, please complete this form. The event will be held on Thursday, November 10th at the Cheerie Joy Painting Studio on Main Street in Beech Grove. It will start at 6:00 p.m. and it will take approximately 1.5 hours to create your masterpiece! The cost is $30 for one adult and one child, with a fee of $15 per additional child. Once you have completed this form, go to the Zelle link and you can pay Cheerie Joy directly to reserve your spot. Please RSVP by Sunday, November 6. Thank you for joining us for this fun evening! PTO Pumpkin Pie Sale

The Holy Name PTO is selling the famous Costco pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving! They are 3 1/2+ pounds and serve at least 12. Orders need to be turned in and paid by Thurs, Nov 17th. The pies will be available for pick up on Tues, Nov 22nd from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM in the Holy Name Parking Lot. The cost is $10 and all proceeds will go toward PTO sponsored programs and events at HNCS. They will need to be refrigerated until ready to serve. Click here to complete the order form and send payment to the office no later than Nov 17th. Paper order forms are also available at the church entrances.

ATTENTION 8th GRADE PARENTS - THE RONCALLI PLACEMENT TEST IS TOMORROW

The Roncalli High School Placement Test is this Saturday, November 5!

  • WALK-INS ARE WELCOME
  • Date: Saturday, November 5 from 8:00- 11:15 AM; arrive by 7:40 AM.
  • Cost: $10 cash or check made out ot Roncalli OR pay online with pre-registration
  • Bring: #2 Pencils (no calculators allowed)
  • Drop off: Curbside dropoff at Door 6 by 7:40 AM. Please enter through LaSalle Street off of Thompson Road. Stay in the car line to drop students off at Door 6. School counselors and student volunteers will assist the student after they enter the school building. Students will finish testing by 11:15 AM; unless the student has special accommodations. Pick up at Door 5 (Fine Arts).
  • Parent Information Meeting in the Auditorium from 10- 11:15 AM. (Meetings in Spanish and Burmese will also be offered at the same time).
