Baseball & Softball Athletes
What is it?
- Learn proper techniques of lifting to gain optima strength
- Learn proper speed mechanics to add speed to your game
- Learn injury prevention techniques to keep longevity to your game
When/How
WHEN
Sessions: Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday- Tuesday/Thursday - Session 1: 3:15-4:15, Session 2: 4:15-5:15, Session 3: 5:15-6:15
- Saturday - Session 1: 9:15-10:15, Session 2: 10:15-11:15, Session 3: 11:15-12:15
- There are 6-8 athletes per group
- Groups are made on first come first serve basis
- Groups will be comprised of members from team first
Cost
- $175 for 3 x a week
- $150 for 2x a week
- Check or cash only
- Sessions include both strength & speed work
