Wood View Elementary
Family Newsletter January
A note from Mr. Israelson and Ms. Cracraft
We hope that you had a safe, healthy, and wonderful holiday season. As we move into this new year, we are excited to see students again on Thursday, January 6th!
With the snow on the ground we would like to remind you that students will only be allowed on the blacktop for recess if they do not have snow pants/boots/etc.
We will be outdoors unless it is 11 degrees or below (wind chill is factored in). If you or your child are in need of coats, hats, or mittens we can help! Please call our office at 630-739-0185 and speak to our Community Liaison, Ms. Shawna Joy McIntyre. The importance of play and fresh air are vital to development and we will continue to do our best to be outside when possible.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We know that the partnership we have with parents and guardians is a key factor in the success of the students of Wood View.
If you ever need anything please don't hesitate to call us.
