MAY CROWNING
The month of May is traditionally devoted to Mary - and she holds a special place for Viatorians, especially on Mother's Day. We celebrated May Crowning on Wednesday with a beautiful Mass for grades Pre-K to 8th. Our 8th graders wore their graduation gown for the first time and presented Mary with flowers. Congratulations to our May Crowning Court and to all of our 8th graders for reaching the first of a few milestones this month!
BLESSING OF TILES BY FATHER BILL
The Class of 2023 gathered for their tile blessing lovingly offered by Father Bill. Together with their families, our 8th graders gathered to experience this tradition following May Crowning Mass. Thank you to the Class of 2023 for leaving a piece of your legacy behind at St. Viator!

SUMMER PROJECTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Parents,
Last year our school was able to offer a summer school program for students on campus for three weeks in June. This summer we cannot offer summer school at St. Viator. Our school is faced with addressing two capital improvement projects identified in the winter/spring of this school year. Our gym is in need of a new HVAC system, after 60 years of service it is breaking down. Our students need cool air in the fall and spring and heat in the winter. This HVAC replacement must be addressed in the summer of 2023.
Additionally, some of our copper piping is giving out after 60 years of service. We need to replace copper pipes throughout much of the campus on the courtyard side in the summer of 2023. Our other summer improvement projects include painting the gym/cafeteria and updating furniture throughout the school. We plan to have all work completed by the fall 2023 start date of August 14, 2023. Thank you for your understanding as we work to continue our responsible stewardship of our St. Viator campus.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Kiss
