A message from the principal
We have had a good week at Harrington. We have had several students and staff out with illnesses and we sure wish everyone well. We’ve been cleaning and disinfecting as much as possible. We want to give a huge shout out to Nurse Lee! Thank you for taking care of all of our students with the stomach bug and other symptoms. We truly have the best school nurse!
We had a wonderful Spelling Bee today. Congratulations to Humaira Raqib our Spelling Bee winner. She will represent Harrington at our district Spelling Bee next week. Don’t forget Monday we won’t have school as we honor Martin Luther King Jr. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and stays well.
Dr. Jamar

PISD Welcome & Enrollment Center needs volunteers
The Welcome & Enrollment Center (formerly the Bird Center) have volunteer opportunities with their Food Pantry & Clothes Closet from organizing to delivering items to welcoming families. We have over 500 students in Plano ISD who are homeless and many more who are food insecure. Donations from outside community groups help, but PISD is envisioning helping families and students when they enroll their kids.
