- Wednesday: 6th ELAR PLC, Staff Meeting 4PM; 3 Week Progress Reports post online.
- Thursday: Sunshine Committee Taco Bar!
- Friday: 6th Grade PLCs (Math, Social Studies, Science)

- Data tracking in sixth math
- Teachers trying new engaging programs like Quizlet
- Teamwork in classrooms
- Processes & procedures in place in well-run classrooms
- Academic vocabulary being used
- Questioning: What strategy did you use? What mistake was made? Tell me your line of thinking.
- Evidence of team planning and use of DIGs!
Areas for Growth:
- Teachers in Power Zone: mingling with students, circling the classroom, stopping by desks to ask specific questions. (Article on the the Fundamental Five - Power Zone is one of the five)
- Ensuring students are doing the cognitive lift of learning: explaining, making connections, addressing questions, discussing topics, reading with partners. (Article on the topic)
