May 10: Happy Mother's Day!
May 11 - 15: NWEA testing begins for 4th grade. Math testing will be completed on May 11 and ELA will be completed on May 12. We will have two scheduled testing times per day: 9:00 and 12:00. Your student only needs to attend 1 session per day.
May 11: DIBELs benchmark testing begins. This is when you will read 3 passages to your teacher, retell each story, and complete a short fill-in-the-blank activity. Check you kmail and plan to see if you have a session set up.
May 15: 4th Grade MSTEP testing window closes. You must complete your tests by this date in order for them to count.
May 25: Memorial Day (no school)
June 11: Last day of school

NWEA Testing Reminders
System Requirements:
- Mozilla Firefox 16.0.2 or higher
- Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 or more
- Shut off pop-up blockers: Open Firefox > Tools> Options>Content>Uncheck “block pop-up windows”

Click on “test warm-up” and then “MAP” (not MAP for primary grades). Then click “try some questions” and hit the blue “next” button at the bottom of the screen.
