Be Kind to Your Mind

May 2023

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to pause and reflect on the impact that mental health has on your daily life. Mental health includes your emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how you think, feel, and act. If you or your child is in need of mental health services, here are some helpful resources.

Self-Care Jar

Self-care is just the little things we do to look after our own mental health. Self-Love Rainbow creates resources for self-care, mental health, and living a happy life. This is a great activity to do for yourself, with your kids, or as a family!
