A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
This year Catholic Schools Week looked and felt very different, but our students still had a great time with the daily Spirit Week themes. The winner of the color wars was our preschool- rockin' their dots and tie-dye! On Monday, they will be awarded their prize to bring home. Thank you to the many families who expressed their gratitude to our faculty and staff. Your thoughtful comments were moving and much appreciated by all. On Staff Appreciation Day, teachers were treated to a Chick-fil-A lunch provided by a generous donor. On Parent Appreciation Day our students were sent home with a homework pass for their parents, a well-deserved night off to enjoy with their children. Finally, on Friday, we celebrated our awesome students by turning the classrooms into mini-movie theaters to enjoy some relaxation and entertainment.
Grace and Peace,
Mrs. Molly Hibler

News from the Diocese
SJS Masks and Lanyards are still available!
Spring Math Opportunity
This Spring, the Math+ program will be focused on the concept of Infinity. Infinity can be defined as “something without any limit.” The concept has applications across disciplines but is particularly critical in mathematics. The concept has been at the center of the field since 1655, when John Wallis, a leading mathematician, defined its mathematical symbol. A letter about the course is attached.
The six-session course will be taught online on Saturdays from 3:00 to 4:00 pm Eastern time starting on Saturday, February 20th and ending on March 27th. Ideal for grades 6-8.
