One week till Christmas break; can you feel the excitement?!? I love being around kids during the holidays...it is the best!

I want to thank all of you for your help with the Giving Tree! I know your generosity is a great blessing to many of our children and their families at Meadow Brook, thank you!! All Giving Tree gifts are due back tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec 14th) so that PTA can make sure we have all of the needed items, thank you!

On Thursday, we are looking forward to celebrating all of the great reading happening at our Polar Express Day. Friday is our last day before Christmas Break. School will resume on Monday, January 3rd. SEPs will take place two weeks after we return to school, so we will send out our SEP appointment scheduler the Monday we get back from break.

I hope that each of you will enjoy this holiday season with your families!

Una semana hasta las vacaciones de Navidad; ¿¡¿Puedes sentir la emoción?!? Me encanta estar con niños durante las vacaciones ... ¡es lo mejor!

¡Quiero agradecerles a todos por su ayuda con el árbol de donaciones! Sé que su generosidad es una gran bendición para muchos de nuestros niños y sus familias en Meadow Brook, ¡gracias! Todos los obsequios de Giving Tree vencen mañana (martes 14 de diciembre) para que la PTA pueda asegurarse de que tengamos todos los artículos necesarios, ¡gracias!

El jueves, estamos ansiosos por celebrar toda la gran lectura que sucederá en nuestro Polar Express Day. El viernes es nuestro último día antes de las vacaciones de Navidad. La escuela se reanudará el lunes 3 de enero. Gifts for The Giving Tree are due tomorrow, Tuesday, December 14th. Please return them to the front office, unwrapped with the tag attached.

• We are working hard to teach students to use the crosswalks. We are concerned about the number of students running across the pick-up lanes and parking lots. If you can help us teach your children about this that would be great!
