Just a friendly reminder to please continue to drive slowly in the parking lot and remember to practice patience and caution. The curb is for drop off and pick up only. We ask that you pull all the way forward before stopping. This helps to alleviate the flow of traffic on Tapo Street. Please remind your child(ren) to wait for you to pull all the way forward and up next to the curb as they should not be walking between cars in the parking lot. The schools back gates are open before and after school for additional drop-off and pick-up on Walnut & Township.

Yearbook guarantees to get every Viking in the yearbook at least 3x. Yearbooks are on sale for $70 until 4/30/23. The deadline to buy a yearbook with your name engraved on the cover is February 28, 2023. After that date, the option to personalize goes away. Plus, what a great way to commemorate your 8th grader's promotion from middle school than to get their name engraved on the cover for only $7 but this option is only available online at Jostens.com through February. Just go to www.jostens.com.

SOC

SOC applications must be submitted online and are due on or before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Applications submitted before this deadline will not have an advantage over applications submitted up to the deadline. Please take your time to make your final decisions before submitting. Once your SOC application is submitted, you will not be able to change your selections. If you submit a SOC application after the Tuesday, February 28, 2023 deadline, your application will still be considered, but priority will be given to those who have already met the deadline. Please complete all the information on the SOC application. Once again, all SOC applications are due before 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, in order to be considered for openings. Late SOC applications will be placed on the school's waiting list.

NOTE: All middle school transfers into 6th grade are considered School of Choice transfers. Therefore, if your family has chosen to send your 6th grader to middle school for the next school year, you will need to complete the school of choice application even if the middle school you are interested in is your neighborhood school.

School Tours
