Feminist Movement In Early 1900's
Wyoming first granted women's suffrage to match up with the state level in 1869. U.S President Woodrow Wilson announced his support of the women's suffrage amendment on January 18, 1918. Women who took part in the following the rally were in favor of this cause. During this time, one of the most critical issues was voting rights since women were initially denied from it prior to various movements. It wasn't until August 18, 1920 that women were fully granted voting rights.
