MODULE 1

GETTING FAMILIAR WITH PLEXUS

Your Plexus Website, Ambassador ID and Password

  • When you signed up as a Plexus Ambassador, you chose a prefix, or "​username" for your Plexus replicated website. A username can be anything you want. Most people choose to use their own name. Here is an example of what a new Plexus website will appear as: username.myplexusproducts.com. This website is where you will send customers and new ambassadors that you sponsor to complete their orders.
  • Your Ambassador ID is assigned to you when you join Plexus. You should include your Ambassador ID, and your Plexus website address on your business cards.
  • Your password, is something that you chose when you signed up as a Plexus Ambassador. You will use your password, along with your Plexus Ambassador ID number every time that you log in to your Plexus back office. You should not share your password with anyone. If you have trouble logging in to your Plexus back office, or you cannot remember your website or ID, you can contact Plexus Customer Service for assistance at (480)998-3490.

WHICH PRODUCTS SHOULD I START WITH?


Every person is different, so are their goals. It is recommended that you speak with your Plexus Ambassador before ordering your product. This said, we as Independent Plexus Ambassadors recognize that there are 3 major areas that people generally need help with in their health.

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

The rule is: drink half of your body weight in ounces of water every day. This means a person who weighs 200 lbs. should drink 100 ounces of water daily. Plexus is detoxifying, and your body will need the hydration. This is a big one.



LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

There are no meal replacements, and no meal plans with Plexus. Plexus works by helping your body do what it is designed to do. Over time, you will begin to notice that you are not as hungry, and that you when you are hungry, you don't need to eat as much. Don't over indulge. Your body is telling you that you don't need any more! If possible, eat smaller meals, and add in a small snack between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner. LEARN HOW TO OVERCOME OBJECTIONS

Objection Blocking: WEight Loss, Wellness and Wealth

The purpose of objection blocking is to stop an objection before it is verbalized. Once someone verbally tells you about an objection they have, it is almost impossible to change their mind. If you can bring up a few common objections before they verbalize them, along with a well thought-out response, they will often feel educated and content with your answer.


But there will be times when the objections or commonly asked questions will be brought to you. When this happens, you will find yourself using the "Feel, Felt, Found" method. So many times these objections were part of our journey as well, so you should be able to speak from experience when answering.


For example, when someone gives you an objection you can say, "I know how you feel. I felt the exact same way. But what I found was that insert answer." This will allow you to connect with the potential customer and create a bond that allows you to continue with your education of our products and business.

Common Weight Loss Objections:

1. Nothing works for Me!

So many times when I'm talking with people I hear them say that they have tried everything and nothing worked for them. I felt the same way! But what I found with Plexus is that once the products helped my body to find a healthy balance, I was able to release the weight. I also noticed that my appetite and cravings were under control which allowed me to make healthier food and lifestyle choices.


2. I can diet and exercise on my own. Why would I need to pay money for something like Plexus?

Diet and exercise are an important key to living a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, many people don't feel they have control over their cravings or lack the energy to get up and exercise. If you can diet and exercise on your own, that's fantastic! But I know that I was missing the last piece of the puzzle That was Plexus. Plexus allows me to keep my body in balance along with my cravings so I can make healthy choices. My energy has increased which makes me want to exercise. 3. Is Plexus safe to take with (XYZ medication)?

4. Are there clinical studies available?

Many people don't realize that clinical studies done by pharmaceutical companies cost millions of dollars and take many years to complete. And as you will note by listening to the list of side effects on any given drug commercial, they don't insure a safe product. Plexus does not feel the need to run clinical trials as our ingredients are as natural as possible and do not come with a long list of possible side effects. The customer and Ambassador base for our company and the success they have seen with our products acts as an organic trial with amazing results.

Common Wealth/Business Objections:

1. Is this a pyramid scheme?

The network marketing industry, including Plexus Worldwide is monitored by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). A pyramid scheme is illegal and would not comply with FTC standards.


2. I'm not a salesperson.

Have you ever gone to a new restaurant and love it so much you decided to tell all your friends, either in person or via social media? Sharing Plexus is not any different. When you love a product, you typically tell all your friends about it. The only difference is that the company or restaurant is the one making the money. With Plexus, you can make money by telling everyone you know about how much you love the Plexus products. No selling involved, only sharing.


3. I'm not computer savvy, so I can't run a business like Plexus.

Although it does help to be knowledgeable about social media and computers, it is not necessary. Many of our Ambassadors have shared Plexus by simply talking face to face or over the phone with their friends and family. There is no right or wrong way to run your Plexus business. Do what fits your lifestyle and it won't seem like work at all.


4. I don't know enough people.

In the next 30-45 seconds count 10 people on your fingers that you know..family, friends, acquaintances. That was easy, right? I bed if you took the next 15 minutes and looked through your phone, address book or friend list on social media, you would be able to make a list of 100 people. Don't prejudge who you think would be interested in Plexus. The most unsuspecting people will often become your best customer. When you run through that list, where will you find new people? We meet new people every week...at work, school, church, activities, parties, etc. Add them to your list. You also have the option to ask for referrals from the 100 people on your list.


5. Everyone in my town has heard of Plexus.

If you walked down the street and randomly asked the first 20 people you met if they have heard of Plexus, I bet the answer would be no. Plexus is in full momentum, but our target market is still mostly untouched. If you feel that everyone has heard of Plexus, as outside your immediate group of friends. You will find that there are many people just waiting to hear about Plexus.

WHY NETWORK MARKETING?

Plexus is positioned at the front of one of the most unique and fastest growing industries today ~ network marketing. As a way to directly distribute products and services to customers, network marketing works largely through the simple model of referrals. Believe it or not, you already network every day! Whether it's with friends over lunch, with coworkers in the office, or neighbors across the fence, we gladly talk about the things we like. This can include everything from what cars we like and the health club we use, to the brand of childrens' clothing our kids wear to the orange juice we drink.

How Plexus is Different

1. Couples can sign up separately

Most companies restrict couples by saying that there can only be one distributorship between a married couple. Please encourages married couples to sign up separately. By doing that, it basically enables a couple to double their income for only slight more effort.


2. Profit Sharing Offered to Everyone from Day One

With the unique pay plan that Plexus has created, every ambassador gets to share in the profits of the company from Day One. In most other companies, only the high ranking distributors get to share in the company profits.


3. No Direct Competition within the company

In most network marketing companies, there is intense competition between the leading distributors. This creates divisions within the company. In Plexus, because of our unique pay plan, the leaders are encouraged to work together for the over-all benefit of all the ambassadors. What that does is create a family-like atmosphere where everyone is working and willing to help one another.


4. Easy Monthly Qualification

Some companies require $1,000 or more in Personal Volume to qualify to earn a commission check. In Plexus it only takes 100 PV. Plus, that $100 can come from customers buying directly fro the company; it does not have to come from personal purchases by the ambassador.


5. Weekly and Monthly Pay

Some companies pay weekly; come companies pay monthly. At Plexus, we do both. Once a month an ambassador earns a check based on profit sharing; that is usually the largest of their checks. But each week an ambassador can earn a weekly check based on building business bonuses and quick pays.


6. 50% Payout to Ambassadors

Some companies pay their distributors less than 35% of the total PV sales. (PV is the dollar value attached to each product when sold). At Plexus, we pay at least 50% of the total commissionable volume to the ambassadors each month.


7. Low Sign-Up

The cost to sign up in Plexus is $34.95. That includes a personalized website for one year. Other companies charge $99 or more to join and then charge a monthly fee for a personalized website.


8. Special Product Pricing on First Order

In order to help a new ambassador get started in the business, Plexus offers them a choice of a $100 or $200 initial product order. It is called a Welcome Pack. New ambassadors get a discount on their first order that is not available at any other time. Other companies offer no such discounts.


9. Plexus Products Work

On a recent survey 92.8% of the people responding said that they were involved with Plexus because of the products. Some companies are happy if 50% of their customers get results from their products. At Plexus, that number is close to 90%.


10. Customers purchase over 40% of all products

Month after month, over 40% of all sales are purchased by customers. And, of those products purchased by ambassadors, a lot of those products are re-sold to customers. In other companies, the bulk of sales are made by the distributors and those distributors are often just buying products so they qualify for a check.


11. No Monthly Auto-Purchase

Some companies require that, regardless of what other purchases are made during the month, you are forced to receive an auto-purchase in order to qualify to receive a check. At Plexus, ambassadors place a Backup Order for 100 PV. That order is ONLY processed if they don't have enough PV to get a check. It is not sent to them regardless of their volume.


12. Plexus is Debt Free!


Plexus is the best of both worlds. Some people like to get into a company early; they like to feel they are on the ground floor; other people like to get into a company after it is established ~ they don't want to risk their efforts on a company that might fail.

  • Become a better listener - Successful people have learned the skill of asking engaging questions. Listen during the conversation for opportunities to share Plexus with prospect from a "weight, wellness or wealth" standpoint.

Connect via Different Channels

  • Person to person - set up one on one lunch or coffee dates to chat about Plexus (People are more willing to give you a definitive answer this way)
  • 3 way calls - get your potential on a call with you and your upline to answer questions

  • Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google

Sample Text/Email Messages

Send 10 texts/emails every day or 100 texts in 72 hours or 30 days (the point is to have a goal) to jumpstart or reignite your business! These 100 texts/emails should get you 30-50 appointments to share the products and business. Those appointments should yield an average of 12 customers and 4 Ambassadors! Take the Text Challenge and see what happens to your business!


Be disciplined!! Every day, spend 30 minutes and send out 10 new texts/emails to people on your contact list.


Write a few versions for different people on your list and save them so it's easy to go back and rewrite them. Remember to plug in personal details for each message so they don't feel too generic.


SAMPLE TEXTS/EMAILS


"Hey name! I saw/heard your were struggling with symptoms/condition. I'd love to share some products/a business that could help! It's working wonders for me and I think it could really help you with symptoms/condition (reiterate how it can help them). Do you have time to chat today?"


"Hey name. How is (insert their city)? I'm looking to make some contacts in that area to expand my business. Know anyone looking to get healthy stay healthy, or make money? Can we chat today?"


"I'm looking to expand my business in your area...do you have 10 minutes you could give me, so I can give you an idea of what I am looking for? Perhaps you know someone?"


"Hey name! I know you've tried our products before and didn't have such great success. Would you mind telling me what you were taking and how you were taking it? I have found that everyone is different and may need different regimens." Troubleshoot with them and recommend one of our new products.


"Hi name. I am looking for a fabulous business partner & you came to my mind! I am wanting to expand my business and would appreciate a referral of anyone wanting to get healthy, stay healthy or make money. I know u are busy, but I would love to have 10 minutes of ur time via phone or coffee soon.... Can this work for you my friend?"


"Hi name. I am looking for someone with your degree to join my business. I am looking for positive, qualified people who want to get or stay healthy and make extra money. I have a 6 minute video of our compensation plan explaining the ways we get paid. Could I share it with you?"

Determine your WHY!

What is the main reason you have chosen to join Plexus? Is it to get your products at wholesale and gain control of your health? Is it to supplement your income by $100, $500, $1,000 per month? Is it to travel more? To give back to charity?


Write down your WHY today, post it so you can see it daily and email or text it to your upline. This will be your reason to "Keep Going"

Daily and Weekly Goals

Goals not written down are just dreams! Believe me it is great to dream! That is probably one of your reasons for joining Plexus...but make measurable, attainable goals daily and weekly to get you to that end result you so desire.

Determine your DMO (Daily Method of Operation)

Are you committed to making this business work? How many hours per day are you willing to "work" the business to reach your goals? Your DMO is the means by which you will achieve your Weekly Goals!


Master the "3-a-day" Promotion System: Simply share Plexus products and/or Opportunity with at least 3 people a day!


CONNECT-ACT-LEARN

1. Did you pique Interest?

Start conversations. Simply share a few of the most exciting things about Plexus!


2. Did you use a 3rd Party Tool?

Example: Product Catalog; Success from Home; Sell a Decision Pack; Share an Opportunity Call; Share a Testimony; Do a three way call; Send someone to your Website


3. Connect Back?

Did you followup with someone who you had a conversation with or has visited your website, purchased a Decision Pack or sample, or that you connected with using a 3rd party tool? The FORTUNE IS IN THE FOLLOW UP!

1 HOUR/DAY PLEXUS BUSINESS PLAN (Example by Emerald Ambassador Michelle Thomas)

No Facebook browsing until the following activities are complete.


Monday, Wednesday, Friday

1. Follow up with customers. 10 minutes.

1.1. Day of receipt of product

1.2. 3 days after receipt of product

1.3. 10 days after receipt of product

1.4. 17 days after receipt of product

1.5. 1 month after receipt of product -­ tweak product if necessary, and create an

appropriate follow up schedule. If changes are made to regimen, contact one

week later. If no changes, contact two weeks later. Every follow up should include

discussion about the Plexus business opportunity.

2. Call or message 2 NEW prospects about the opportunity and the products. Utilize a

follow up schedule. 20 Minutes. Never forget the order that you should recruit:

2.1. Ambassador

2.2. Preferred Customer

2.3. Retail Customer

3. Follow up with prospects. 20 minutes.

4. Post a meaningful Plexus testimony to Facebook and other social media. Try to include a picture. 10 minutes.

Tuesday, Thursday

1. Read 2 Chapters in a business building book. 30 minutes.

2. Read an educational article about the Plexus products, an ingredient in the products, or a research article on health. 20 Minutes.

3. Post a health related article, or some valuable health information that you learned in your reading to Facebook, and other social media. 10 Minutes.

Saturday

1. Work on your upcoming meetings. Invite and plan. 20 minutes.

2. Read a chapter in a business building book. 15 minutes.

3. Reflect on your week. Write down notes about what you learned and what you may need to improve on. 20 minutes.

4. Share a funny or inspirational post on Facebook and other social media. 5 minutes.

Sunday

OFF


2 HOUR/DAY PLEXUS BUSINESS PLAN (EXAMPLE BY EMERALD AMBASSADOR, MICHELLE THOMAS)

Daily schedule (I will not browse Facebook until these things are done daily)


• Track numbers (points and ambassadors) and evaluate where I am with my goals. 5 minutes
• Follow up with customers 10 minutes
• Call or message 3 new people off my ever expanding prospect list and keep a running follow up list……GO FOR NO! 30 minutes
• Follow up with prospects 15-20 minutes
• Work on upcoming meetings…invite and plan 15 minutes
• Read a chapter from my current book (highlight and take notes) 15 minutes
• Read a health article about something that our products help with or research an ingredient and how it helps people from out product line (educate myself) 15-20 minutes
• Once a week, do a training video for my YouTube channel
• Daily training post on Rock the Pink—10 minutes

Once all that is done, Post on Facebook and or other social sites 3 times daily…15 minutes…You can even use an app that sets up scheduled posts for the future. (This would be ideal for people that work.)

3) Funny

Be engaging and draw people in…post things that people will want to look at…nothing salesy and not all need to be about your business. Be balanced.


2 Hours of daily Plexus work 5 days a week…Saturday and Sunday are toss ups for me depending on family activities but some of you may hit it even harder on the weekends depending on life style.

MODULE 13

DUPLICATION

Duplication is the KEY to success in this industry. It builds your residual income! Success in this business is not LUCK! If you work the business as a HOBBY, you will get paid like a HOBBY. You're pay raise is NOT effective until YOU are! Find a system that works for you that you will be able to do, teach and help your team grow. Concentrate on "The Power of 3"...finding your first 3 Ambassadors and get to Silver, help those 3 to get their 3, and so on. Utilize this training program for your new team members and REACH OUT for help when needed. WE are here to help YOU succeed!


Here is an example: Make your list,; contact the people on your list; show the products and opportunity; follow up; and close (help sign customers and/or ambassadors); REPEAT. Watch the two videos below on Duplication and the Power of 3 to help you :)
