This Week we are Learning...
We will be assessing for report cards this week and next.
Reading
Learners will continue working on comprehension as well as fluency and word work. We are beginning to offer a "menu" to the learners where they are able to choose the order in which they complete the activities.
Writing
We will be assessing the learners ability to write independently this week. They will need to include a beginning, a middle, and an ending.
Math
Our math rotation groups will continue. We will be assessing the learners ability to solve word problems this week. We will then mix the rotation groups up again before launching our next PBL this week.

Our PBL presentations will continue during Rise and Shine over the next few weeks. We are now beginning our next unit of study on States of Matter.
