Canton Character Crew's Compliment Board
"The Compliment Board was created in hopes of bringing a smile to someone’s face, as anyone can grab a compliment from the board and hand it off to another person. With the help of every member of the Canton Character Crew, the Compliment Board group has put together a plethora of original compliments that anyone is welcome to take from the board and pass on. Little things go a long way and we hope that our board can brighten somebody’s day and start to revive the positive culture and community of CHS."
We certainly want to thank Ashley and all the Character Crew members; these gestures go a long way, and their work is appreciated.
Handbook Highlights- Dismissal Procedures
This Handbook Highlight is meant to serve as a reminder about the CHS protocol for dismissing students from school. Please know that students are not permitted to leave school without following the appropriate procedure.
Only seniors, who have been granted "senior privileges" can sign themselves out if they do not have a scheduled class last period. All other students must adhere to the Handbook guidance about dismissals, which includes bringing a signed note from a parent or guardian that identifies when the student should be dismissed.

Upcoming Performing Arts Events at CHS
The Drama Club recently held their student-directed One-Act event and it was impressive, to say the least. Students wrote, directed, and starred in the performances and showed an amazing level of talent and creativity. They are not busy preparing for their fall play Clue with performances running 11/18-11/20- don't miss it!
Please bookmark their webpage to see all the events and to stay up on the latest news from our Performing Arts programs.
