January News
Thank you to everyone who came out to vote on the proposed Berry Creek Covenants and By-Laws. We need 75% of residents to approve (approximately 150 households) in order to implement the new documents.
We will hold another voting night at the clubhouse on MONDAY, JANUARY 28 from 6:00-7:00pm. If you have not come out to vote, please plan on doing so. If you'd like to review the documents before voting, please visit: http://berrycreekstillwater.com/proposed-governing-documents/ (The password is stillwater2017).

Berry Creek Improvements
Keep your eyes open for these improvements:
- The fireplace in the clubhouse has been repaired and the chimney inspected. There is a switch inside the fireplace screen that turns it on and off.
- Trees have been planted at the entrance guard house and islands. The benches and another tree have also been placed near the playground.

Calling All Berry Creek Helpers!
A new year brings new opportunities for volunteering in Berry Creek!
Sara Arens is stepping down from the social committee, so we are in need of help with neighborhood events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Cookout, Halloween and Christmas. Nancy Cooper will still continue to organize events such as Movers and Shakers and Lunch and Game Days.
We are also in need of help with our Welcoming Committee. This committee meets with new neighbors and shares information about our HOA. There is also help needed on the Maintenance Committee. This committee helps with small projects around the neighborhood such as gardening, fix-it jobs, painting, etc. If there are little jobs that we can do, it helps to keep our HOA maintenance costs down!
Please use the link on this page to sign-up for a committee:
Upcoming Dates and Events
- January 28 from 6-7pm: Voting for proposed HOA Covenants and By-Laws at the clubhouse
- March 1: $50 late fee assessed on unpaid HOA dues
- April 27 from 8am-noon: Neighborhood Spring Garage Sale
