Student Expectations
Expectations
- Students are required to login daily Monday through Friday. You can use weekends to get on pace.
- Everyday students should read the information posted in the Announcements. Announcements contain due dates, important course information, a teaching lesson, explanations of terms, extra resources and student celebrations.
- Communication is essential to this class. Students can contact the teacher through text messages, phone calls, and canvas messages. Students are expected to respond to messages the teacher sends them. If you are confused, lost or frustrated then please let your teacher know. We are here to help you!
- Time management is important to be successful in this course. To help with time management, teachers will post a list of daily activities students should complete. Completing these daily activities will break down each module so that they are completed on time.
- NCVPS has its own calendar. NCVPS does not have teacher workdays or half days. We do not get off for weather. It is the responsibility of the student to let the teacher know if they do not have internet access.
