February has been a great month here at Wallowa Elementary! All around the building there were hearts and the colors red and pink, for Valentines Day. Our focus for February and March is "Perseverance." Kids are working hard! We were excited to share their progress with families at conferences. We will wrap up our focus on Perseverance on March 23 at our Pride Assembly, where we celebrate our work and recognize students.

We closed the month of February and kicked off the month of March with Dr. Seuss Week, full of spirit days, LOTS of reading, and nightly bedtime stories with the Cat in the Hat on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100050440224907 ).

On Monday, March 6th, we will celebrate our 100th Day of School! Kids can dress like they are 100 years old!
