You do not have to be a “Klein ISD approved volunteer” to help out as we stay in the PTO room to work. We’d love to see ya!
April Challenges and Focuses
Twitter Challenge: This month our Twitter hashtag is #scottiesGROW. We will be focusing on the greatness we have accomplished thus far.
April Focus: This time of year, as we approach state assessment and the final nine weeks, we need to reflect on all of the things we HAVE learned; and the things we just haven't learned YET. The word "yet" is such a strikingly powerful word. Implying that we have the power, ability and potential to STILL accomplish goals, still accomplish something amazing and our final marks don't ever have to be set in stone.
I challenge you all this month to talk with your students about what they COULDN'T do at the beginning of the year and are now rock stars at; and then also talk about what they haven't accomplished YET! Help them set goals and light new fires. We have plenty of year left for our amazing scotties to reach even higher potentials! Focus our directions and thoughts on what our kiddos CAN do and what they WILL do. Remember, they just haven't learned it YET.
