Upon submission, your request will be reviewed by the PISD Communications department for approval. If approved, it will be posted on this page.

Emergency Broadband Benefit
The Federal Communications Commission has launched a temporary program to help families and households struggling to afford Internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Emergency Broadband Benefit provides a discount of up to $50 per month toward broadband service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers.
Eligible households can enroll through a participating broadband provider or directly with the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) using an online or mail-in application.

Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors
Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors (N3) food pantry remains open and ready to serve those in need!
Our distribution times are every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at our new location 241 South McKinley street in Prosper, downtown right across from the Silos. For the safety of our clients and volunteers, we offer curbside pickup only so all clients can remain in their vehicles. If you or a family member are not feeling well or have recently been sick with a fever, please ask someone else to pick up your food, or call us for special drop-off requests.
If you are in need of assistance please visit our website https://www.n3foodpantry.org/need-assistance.html. We request that you complete a short registration form before your first visit. You do not need to be a Prosper resident to receive assistance, and your information will not be shared with anyone.
Donations
We accept donations during our weekly distributions or special extended drop-off times every Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 3:00 pm at 241 S. McKinley Street. Volunteers will be available to greet you and collect donations curbside so you can remain in your vehicle.
Grace Bridge Food Bank
FOOD DISTRIBUTION IS NOW ON THE 1ST AND 3RD SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH FROM 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Grace Bridge will continue a drive-thru style food pick up to families within Collin, Grayson, and Denton counties by appointment only. If you reside in one of these counties and need food assistant, please complete and submit the registration form to reserve your food pick-up appointment.

COVID 19 Mental & Behavioral Health Grief & Trauma Resources
School-Based Telebehavioral Health
As more cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) are reported in North Texas, we are committed to continuing to provide health care to our students and community. Students with existing School-Based TeleBehavioral Health appointments can continue their visits through our Virtual Visit App.
To conduct a virtual visit with your regular care manager, please use the directions below:
Care Managers will call families directly to schedule an appointment or work directly with your school counselor remotely to schedule.
Students can continue to have their regular appointments from the comfort of home.
