What is a data type?
A data type is a classification identifying one of various types of data, such as real valued integer that determines the possible values for that type; the operations that can be done on values of that type, the meaning of the data, and the way values of that type can be stored.
String data type
Any data that isn't a integer or float data type. Holds sequences of unsigned 16-bit (2-byte) code points ranging in value from 0 through 65535. Each code point, or character code, represents a single Unicode character. A string can contain from 0 to approximately 2 billion (2 ^ 31) Unicode characters.
An integer is a whole number such as 4 or 6 or anything without speech marks or quotes around it. Eg:347867889
Float is any number with a decimal number such as 3.4 or 88.93
