MOTION: APPROVED
That the Board of Education approve those items on the Consent Agenda as follows: (A) Personnel Report and Addendum to Personnel Report; (B) Treasurer's Report (C) Invoices; (D) Accept Donations to District 25 for 2022-2023; (E) Fixed Asset Disposal Report; (F) Regular and Closed Meeting Minutes of May 23, 2023.
Within the Personnel Report approved within the Consent Agenda, the Board approved the hiring of the new Assistant Principal at Ivy Hill Elementary School, Monique Wodzinski.

SPRING ASSESSMENT REPORT
Assessment updates are provided to the Board each fall and spring.
At this meeting District 25's Assistant Superintendent of Student Learning, Dr. Becky FitzPatrick, District 25's Assessment Coordinator, Amanda Czerniuk, and Senior Associate at the ECRA group Dr. Eleni Speron, presented the spring 2023 assessment update which included the following:
- Strategic Plan Connection
- NWEA MAP Proficiency and Growth
- Strategic Priorities
- Board Goals
The update this fall will include performance on the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) and Illinois Science Assessment (ISA).

That the Board of Education approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) and Arlington Heights School District 25 Regarding Reimbursement of Expenditures for the School Based Health Services Program 2022-37-004.

Phase 2 Construction Bid Awards
That the Board of Education award a total of 10 contracts to various contractors for Phase 2 Base Bids in the total amount of $6,058,942, as identified in the executive summary background information provided, and further to immediately assign the awarded contractor agreements to Nicholas & Associates, Inc., as Construction Manager.
This approval covers the second portion of the Build25 projects at the schools Greenbrier and Windsor. These awards cover the scope related to the Kindergarten additions as well as capital improvements for repairs and updates to the existing school buildings.

- Educational Support Personnel Handbook
- Teaching Assistant, Clerical Assistant, and Registered Nurse Handbook

- Guest Teacher Handbook
Reviewing and presenting these handbooks is an annual practice by the Department of Personnel & Planning.

Superintendent, Dr. Lori Bein, updates the Board on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests from the public. The following was the FOIA request:

Superintendent Search Firm
That the Board of Education approve the contract with School Exec Connect for the Superintendent Search as presented.
At the Special Board Meeting on Monday, June 5, 2023, the Board of Education heard presentations from four potential Superintendent Search Firms. After the presentations were complete, the Board discussed and directed Assistant Superintendent of Business/CSBO, Stacey Mallek, to pursue a contract with the search firm School Exec Connect and bring it to this meeting for potential approval.
