Jade is watching
Country Music on DVD
by Ken Burns
(PG, approx. 16 hrs).
As a life-long country music lover and a huge fan of everything Ken Burns, I was incredibly excited to hear he was making this! It's a lot to watch all at once, so I'm so glad I can check it out and watch it in pieces as I have time. I love his interviews with those who lived the stories he tells, as well as all of the archival footage that he strings together to tell the story of how country music came to be.
