Final Exam Exemptions
Beginning March 1, students who have 3 or fewer absences in a course for the remainder of the semester are eligible to exempt their spring semester exam.
Additional criteria for exemptions are outlined below:
- If the course is a full-year course, the student must have passed the first semester.
- The student's final average for the spring semester must be a grade of 80 or higher.
- The student's conduct grade in that class must be satisfactory āSā or better.
- The student must attend school during the scheduled exam time.
- The student must have 3 or fewer absences for the second semester (beginning March 1st) and excluding school business absences in the exempted course.
Please note: Students who are absent during the scheduled exam time will lose the exam exemption criteria and will be required to make up the exam during the first week of summer break.

Students Signing Out During the Day
As a reminder, students who need to leave campus during the school day for doctor appointments, etc, must be signed out by a parent or guardian who is listed on their student record. Students will not be allowed to sign themselves out. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

8 seniors joined Mr. Sumpter and Ms. Sittre at the Medical Foundation luncheon at the Witte museum.
They were invited to join the keynote speaker afterwards for a private Q & A.
