Summer 2020
We Are Open
KMB Office staff was glad to be back in the office. We were sad to see the restrictions cancel so many of our Spring events. However we were very busy during the Quarantine. Our website has been updated with power points, videos, and lots of educational projects and activities you can do at home. We have been monitoring the COVID situation very closely. We are working within set guidelines because the safety of our volunteers is the most important goal right now. Your group can now schedule a clean up that we organize with social distancing.
Our Earth Day Recycle Art and Repurpose Project
Our project was a joint effort with MISD Science Teachers, Midland College, and KMB. We had a great turn out and students from all across Midland both public and private were asked to participate. The projects were so much fun to judge and the winners received a KMB swag bag complete with a Love Where You Live T-shirt. Click Here
We also had the opportunity to work with Midland College and create a fun Earth Day video! We think Doreen makes a great Pick it up Pete!

Save the Date for Fall Sweeps
Our Annual Fall Cleanup Event and Picnic for Volunteers is scheduled for October 3 this year and we plan on being fully operational! Our community really took a hit with the cancellation of the Great American Cleanup activities. We would love to see you out this Fall. You can schedule your cleanup anytime from September 1-November 13 for Fall 2020.
