Kindergarten - 2nd grade
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

3rd grade & Up
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

$10 per person (plus a service fee). You will need a ticket for each child and a ticket for the adult. Please note the new ticket option for an adult needing to attend both dance times.

Any Party Dress will do...but a Neon Dress is cool too!

Every couple will receive a complimentary photograph.

Proceeds to benefit the Sunny Palms Encampment & Daisy Day!

Volunteer Requirement

We need volunteers from each troop for the Sweetheart Dance. To make it easier to coordinate, fill out the volunteer sheet here: Volunteer Sign Up

NOTE: form is in google docs--if the sign up doesn't work on your phone/computer, email Denise directly by responding to this email.


If your troop has less than 10 girls, we need 1 adult volunteer from your troop. If you have 10 or more girls, we need 2 adult volunteers. If your daughter is in a troop in high school, the girls can volunteer if they'd like. If someone from your troop is Chairing a Committee for the Dance, you don't need an additional volunteer.

Committee members always desired to make it a wonderful event. Please contact Denise Cassedy (dcassedy@verizon.net) to assist.

Cash & Checks for the Dance

If you collect cash or checks, you need print out the roster and turn in by
March 1st

Roster instructions: Please print out the spreadsheet and type in the girls' names as you collect the money for the tickets. If a family can't pay, please type FA (financial assistance) rather than the amount collected. The money columns are deleted for the check-in roster but this will let Candy not wonder why the money does not add up. If there are two+ sisters, please type each of their names on separate lines and only list the escort money with one of the sisters. Deposit the money you collect from your parents into your troop account and write a troop check made out to "Girl Scouts - Sunny Palms Community". By March 1st, please mail or deliver the check along with a copy of your roster to:

Please email a copy of the roster to Denise Cassedy (dcassedy@verizon.net) by March 1st as well. MUST BE EMAILED for her to be able to manipulate all the rosters into one list.
