One of the most important of coordination is hand-eye coordination. Coordination is on understanding the movement or a kind of pattern.
Power is how much you put in like lifting your own body weight or lifting pounds to get your body mass much stronger.
Reaction time depends on how fast the body acts towards something or an object. its on how fast the brain response.
