What's New?

Northwest Montana Educational Cooperative

September 2017

Welcome back to school! This is a very exciting time of year brimming with anticipation and lots of new. The Co-op has had its share of new as well. I, Karla, have made meeting each administrator to learn about each school a priority. My goal is to have all of these visits completed by the first week of October if the fires permit it. I have learned so much from the schools that I have visited already and am thoroughly impressed with the dedication to doing amazing things for the students of Northwest Montana.

These newsletters will be sent out at the beginning of each month with links to websites and flyers for events hosted by or supported by the Co-op. We will not be emailing individual flyers to help reduce the number of emails that flood your inbox. Reminders and announcements will be posted via Twitter and Facebook, so please follow or like us.

In the Co-op's standards review cycle both ELA and Math are this year's focus so begin thinking about who you would like to represent your school on the ELA and the Math curriculum committees. We will set dates at our board meeting.

Each month we will feature and celebrate the amazing things that students, teachers, administrators and community members are doing in an effort to support education in Northwest Montana. Please send or share a short video clip with us, so that we can put it in the next newsletter. If you need technical assistance, give us a call.
