How to Train to get into the NFL
First, you have to be healthy and then you have to pas a physicals test. The purpose of the physicals test is to avoid prevents a catastrophic medical event and determine if it is safe to allow the athlete to participate in the NFL.
Next you need core building to see if the athlete is strong enough to pass the test. You need "six-pack" abs to play in the NFL and if you don't they will not let you play (unless you are a linemen or defensive line) until you get your six-pack" abs.
