The media specialists are here for you! We have decided to highlight and provide you all with three great resources per week and grade level to enhance your remote learning. We realize these are overwhelming, challenging and unprecedented times so we have made an effort to keep things simple. These resources can be utilized by students, staff and parents. Nick Bruel has made a free digital download available on his website. It is titled: Bad Kitty: Wash your paws, and it explores good hygiene and helpful reminders for preventing illness. Flocabulary Free Trial

Flocabulary is offering a free 60 day trial of their resources to enhance virtual learning. Flocabulary offers songs, videos and activities to enhance online learning from K-12. For auditory and visual learners it is a great enhancement to lessons on a variety of subjects.

Khan Academy - Free Online Courses, Lessons, and Practice

Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. They tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. Khan Academy has also also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.
