IAR Testing for Remote Students
IAR Testing for Remote Students - Parent Survey
This assessment is a federal requirement for all students who are in grades 3-8.
The assessment must be given in person.
We will be testing students at our school building during the school day.
We are planning to offer our remote students the option to complete the assessment at Conrady during the school day, after school, or on a Saturday.
If your student learns remotely, please support us in preparing for this assessment by completing this parent survey by Monday, March 8. If you have already filled out the form, you do not need to fill it out again.
As we approach the testing dates, more information will follow.

2021 Parent Survey Available Now
Click here to take the 2021 Parent 5Essentials Survey
The survey opens Feb. 3, 2021 and closes April 2, 2021.
The 5Essentials Survey identifies five indicators that lead to improved outcomes for all students, including improved attendance and larger test score gains.
The five indicators that positively affect school success are:
- Effective Leaders
- Collaborative Teachers
- Involved Families
- Supportive Environments
- Ambitious Instruction
Research derived from the Five Essentials for School Success has proven that schools strong on at least three of the 5Essentials are 10 times more likely to improve student outcomes.

Messages from the Nurse's Office
Attention Eighth Grade Parents
8th grade students will be receiving a hearing and vision screening over the next few weeks. If your child wears glasses please remind them to have and wear them at school.
Attention Sixth Grade Parents
6th grade dental requirements are fast approaching. If you need to make an appointment with the dentist please do so. If you have not turned in the exam report please turn it into Conrady's office. All 6th graders are required by the state to have a dental exam.
If your 6th grader is still missing their physical or any immunizations please follow up with your doctors office. Some offices have received the required vaccines.
Keep children home if they are sick
Please remember to keep your child home from school if they have any flu like symptoms or COVID symptoms. Students are required to be symptom free for 48 hours and cleared by the COVID team prior to returning to school. Students should join their classes remotely if they are able to. Thank you for keeping our students and staff healthy.
