Believe in Yourself
Our theme for this year is to continue being falcons with the focus of "Believe in Yourself." We will see the value in one another and look for opportunities to celebrate each student and staff members individual strengths.
Our fabulous PTA had this shirt designed for our staff! We will wear this shirt on spirit Fridays with jeans. The tentative price is $12.00, and your specific size you requested on the staff shirt size form was ordered. If you haven't updated your shirt size yet, please click on the link below to update:

You may pick up your shirts and join PTA during registration next week OR on August 13th at the lunch PTA is providing for us. PTA membership is $10, They will take cash, checks or credit cards. Help us reach our goal of 100% of staff joining PTA so that we can get the Golden Apple Award and show our community we are ALL IN!
Deck the Halls with Positivity and Kindness
Are you ready to experience Christmas in July? It feels like it's winter inside the halls of PCE so we decided we would deck the halls and restroom stalls with positive words and quotes. Grab your Cricut maker and vinyl and your favorite words of inspiration and join our PTA on Thursday, August 2nd. We will be here for registration from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Feel free to come up anytime.
Braswell Zone Convocation Red Out
Our Braswell zone convocation is on August 7th from 1:00-3:00 at the auditorium of BHS. Join all of our schools in showing "We're better together" by wearing red. We will celebrate our zone's core values and be inspired by Chris Shade.
The Braswell Zone Core Values:

It was fun to see many of you participating in summer learning opportunities! Please remember in order to get August 6th and December 21st as an exchange days off, you needed to attend 2 full days of Summer Seminar, AFL, Home Grown/TCRWP Units of Study Institute, or TIA.
How will you prove you've attended sessions and how will you share your learning with Kim and me? Simply complete the Summer Learning Certificate and submit it to us by August 1st.
